About Global Interfaith University

Global Interfaith University (GIU) is a globally recognized university dedicated to fostering religious literacy, promoting religious tolerance, and facilitating constructive engagement between different faith traditions. We strive to create a community of learners who understand and respect different religious beliefs and practices. Our curriculum is designed to provide students with a deep understanding of the world's religions and their role in shaping human culture and history. Global Interfaith University is a Member of the Higher Education Sustainability Initiative (HESI)- chaired by the UN DESA. a community of UN entities, university networks and higher education institutions committed to advancing sustainable development. We seek to be a beacon of hope and harmony in a world often divided by religious misunderstandings and conflicts. We are promoting access, equity, and quality in education through a range of innovative programs aimed at fostering understanding and collaboration among diverse communities.

Academics

Our academic programs are designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of religious traditions and their role in shaping human history and culture.
